Having listened to the members comments, I have contacted Lyn at Clanshirts.
My suggestion of a quality embroidered logo was outside of Clanshirts scope of supply, but she kindly recommended another supplier.
I have contacted them Click and have received the following quotation.
Polo Shirt - good quality, priced at £ 14.95 each
Cost of embroidery to the front and printing to the rear included in the above price.
Cost of the design set-up, primarily for the fullmj helmet - £ 35.00
If we were to order 10 No. shirts, which I think is a reasonable number - this would equal £ 20.00 per person.
This is calculated at £ 35.00 shared by 10 people = £ 3.50 + £ 14.95 for the shirt = £ 18.45
The £ 1.55 remaining should contribute to the carriage/shipping cost - which I would anticipate to be around £ 15.00.

Guys
After many calls / emails and failed promises, I have finally received the embroidered logo for the t-shirt.
It looks pretty good, the colours and definition seem OK to me.
I have very little time to have these made, can you please confirm that the details above are accurate, that is both shirt SIZE and correctly spelt NAME/TAG.
I will photo the logo I have received and post a link for you to view. The detail on the rear of the shirt will be a simple fullmj | **** across the shoulders, I cannot send you a detail of this - so hopefully, it will be OK.
I will complete the order no later than tomorrow morning. Anyone not visiting the lan event, please forward the £20 GBP to my account and I will arrange to send them across to you after the event. Of course, I will need your postal details but we can confirm all this by email (Crow / Grinch & Heat).
